Hot-swappable brown switches: This 17-key mechanical numpad uses a wired USB connection and accepts nearly all 3pin and 5pin MX-style mechanical switches without soldering. It ships with pre-installed brown switches for a satisfying tactile feel. Note: the keypad sits higher above the desk than low-profile keyboards — please check the dimensions. Multi-layer silencing for improved feel and tone: A layered damping system including a Poron bottom layer, sandwich foam, and an IXPE switch pad makes keystrokes more consistent and produces a more pleasant sound that mechanical keyboard fans will appreciate. PBT Dye-Sub keycaps & white backlighting: Durable PBT dye-sublimation keycaps provide a premium texture; the black version is available to expand your options. White backlight creates an ambient glow, but the lights are not visible through the keycaps. Broad compatibility and flexible placement: Compatible with most systems (Windows Mac, Android) and works well alongside a full-size keyboard or laptop—place it on the left side or tuck it away in a drawer when not needed. Important compatibility notes: The 10-key is not compatible with ChromeBook. It is not fully compatible with Mac OS because Apple products do not support external function keys/buttons.
