Concentrated stabilizer that becomes a ready-to-use ground cover adhesive when mixed with water. Bonds mulch, rock, bark, pea gravel, decomposed granite, sand, and pebbles to reduce movement from rain, wind, wildlife, mowers, leaf blowers, and pets. One 1 Gallon container dilutes 1:1 with water to yield 2 gallons of solution and will treat approximately 500-1,500 sq. ft., depending on application rate (rock may require a higher rate). Dilution and application: mix 1 part concentrate with 1 part water (1:1 ratio), shake well after diluting, then pour into a garden sprayer for even coverage. Product applies white for easier visibility during application and dries clear; it fully cures in 48 hours and is engineered to last up to 1 year. Adjust application rate to achieve the desired holding strength. Performance and safety: allows treated surfaces to drain and breathe while preserving the natural look of mulch. Non-toxic and environmentally safe for soil and water; safe for areas used by pets, plants, and children. Will not harm outdoor landscaping, groundwater, pavers, concrete, asphalt, or clothing.
