Economical, performance-oriented cable for home and office network runs. This CAT5e cable supports 10/100/1000 mbps (1000 Base-T Gigabit) and is supplied on a 1000ft grey bulk spool. Constructed as solid conductors: 24AWG with 4 pairs (8 conductors) in an Unshielded Twisted Pair (UTP) configuration, it delivers bandwidth up to 350 MHz. Conductors are Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA), providing a lower-cost conductive option. Because of the CCA construction, this cable is NOT UL, ETL, NEC or TIA certified and is not recommended for Power Over Ethernet applications. This product may not be suitable for every installation scenario — we cannot guarantee it will work for all applications.
