Supplied with models: Tempur-Pedic Ergo Extend Adjustable Base Bed. Important compatibility note: this wireless remote is intended exclusively for the Tempur-Ergo EXTENDED base and will not function with other adjustable base models. If your existing remote does NOT match the appearance of this replacement, it will not work. Pairing instructions: locate the receiver box beneath the bed (this is not the power supply box with the green LED). Press the button on the receiver two times — a light on the bed will illuminate and remain lit. Remove the battery cover from the back of the remote, then press and hold the small button located above the batteries for 3 seconds. The remote should now be paired to the base. Before purchasing, compare the button layout on this replacement remote with your original remote to confirm it supports all the functions you require.
