The unit installs behind the dashboard and connects to the original CD head unit using the supplied wiring harness. After installation the factory system remains intact while gaining modern connectivity features. Added functions: Enables wireless and wired Apple CarPlay and wireless and wired Android Auto, MirrorLink, AirPlay (for iPhone) and AutoLink (for Android). You can stream YouTube, watch TV news, view Photos, use Navigation and play HD videos. The system supports Siri and Google OK voice control so you can operate functions hands-free. Integration with factory features: Works whether your car has factory navigation, phone module or Bluetooth. Full support for Apple Maps, Spotify, making/receiving calls and voice replies via Siri. The decoder is hidden behind the center unit for a stock appearance. Camera and video inputs: Supports the factory reverse camera and parking radar, aftermarket rear cameras and 360° camera systems. Also accepts a front-view DVR via CVBS input. Reverse gear triggers the camera automatically. Package note: Decoder box only — dash removal and wiring to the original CD host are required for installation.
