nRF54L15 Development Board — nRF54 Series 2.4 GHz Multiprotocol Wireless SoC for Bluetooth Mesh, Thread, Matter

The nRF54L Series (nRF54L15, nRF54L10, nRF54L05) pairs an ultra‑low‑power multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio with full MCU capability to support a wide range of wireless products. Each SoC integrates a 128 MHz Arm -M33 processor, a comprehensive peripheral set, and scalable memory options—up to 1.5 MB NVM and up to 256 KB RAM—so designers can choose the right configuration for cost and performance. Several package and memory variants are offered, including pin-to-pin compatible options for easier design scaling. An onboard RISC-V coprocessor reduces dependence on external ICs and enables more single-chip implementations. The multiprotocol radio supports the latest Bluetooth 6.0 functionality, including Bluetooth Channel Sounding, plus 802.15.4-2020 for standards such as Thread, Matter, and Zigbee. A proprietary 2.4 GHz mode is also available, delivering up to 4 Mbps for higher throughput use cases. Ultra-low power operation is achieved through Nordic proprietary technologies (for example, low-leakage RAM) and advanced radio design, allowing longer battery life or smaller battery size without sacrificing performance.
