The OREI 1x4 HDMI extender/splitter sends video over CAT6/7 (also compatible with CAT5E/6) and uses power-over-cable so the four receivers do not require individual adapters — this unit requires only one power adapter to work. A local HDMI output on the transmitter lets you monitor the source on a nearby display while four Cat6 outputs feed remote receivers.
