This PCIe x16 expansion card is driven by the ASMedia ASM2824 chipset and supports four M.2 Key-M NVMe SSDs, each running at x4 lanes. Compatible M.2 module sizes: 2230, 2242, 2260 and 2280. The ASM2824-based design delivers low latency, low cost and low power consumption. At power-up it automatically detects channel configuration and provides sub-state power-saving mode plus wakeup functionality. The card is hot-swappable and offers plug-and-play installation, is built for wide temperature operation, and includes a radiator for thermal management.
