The sensor is a detachable probe that’s easy to replace and comes with 6 probe protective covers. Readouts appear on a clear digital screen for convenient data viewing; the unit also supports auto power-off after 8 minutes of inactivity. Built-in temperature compensation accounts for factors that affect oxygen solubility—temperature, atmospheric pressure, and salinity—so the instrument can meet normal use.
