Compact 5.5" camera-top field monitor with high-brightness performance and robust build. The Portkeys BM5 IV delivers a 1920×1080 touch display at 2000 nit and 100% Rec.709 color for accurate, high-contrast monitoring with crisp detail in both highlights and shadows. Manual Log Mode is supported for flexible exposure and color workflows. Wired camera control: supports wired control for a wide range of cameras, including FX3/FX30/FX6/FX9/A7S III/A7R IV, C70/C200/C300, GH5 II/GH6/S5, ZCAM E2, and other compatible models. Dual-screen and monitoring modes: the dual-screen setup can load the same 3D LUT on both displays. Options include side-by-side monitoring, independent left/right flipping and mirroring, adjustable image orientation, right-side vertical cropping of the same source, and Picture-in-Picture mode for flexible on-set monitoring. Video I/O, LUT and freeze-frame: includes HDMI IN plus SDI input and SDI output (loop out). SDI OUT can carry an image with an applied 3D LUT and updated peaking. The unit supports a custom JPG freeze frame — captured stills can be overlaid semi-transparently onto live video (freeze-frame must be a 16:9 1920*1080 jpg). Rugged, thermally managed design: CNC aluminum alloy all-metal shell with an integrated fan for fast heat dissipation and long-term durability. The BM5 IV consumes 17W of power and weighs only 380g for easy handling and transport. Power plate compatibility: integrates with an NPF plate compatible with Sony F970, F960, F750, F550 (battery not included).
