Power Translator World Premium v.15 offers faster, more accurate translations thanks to upgrades in the translation engine’s dictionaries and grammar rules, delivering improved quality and speed. Speech-to-text is provided through integration with Microsoft’s speech recognition so you can translate spoken input or control the translation applications by voice. Under Vista and Windows 7 the feature supports English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese. On Windows XP, speech recognition is supported for English, Chinese and Japanese. Hover Translation shows an immediate translation of a word or its surrounding sentence when you point the cursor at text. Translate Selection displays a translation next to any highlighted text. LogoTrans Text Capture imports text from any program without cutting and pasting — simply click or draw a rectangle around the text you want to bring into the translator. The built-in dictionary tools let you browse and build custom dictionaries: quickly add words or translations that aren't present in the main or subject dictionaries to tailor output and increase accuracy. An Untranslated Words window lists terms that have no translation in any loaded dictionary and can save that list to a file, making it easy to expand dictionaries and improve future translation quality.
