Important safety and installation notes for this pure sine wave inverter (DC 12V/24V to AC 220V, available in 2000W, 3000W, 4000W and 5000W): - Do NOT connect the inverter to the utility grid. Avoid touching the AC output terminals while the unit is powered. - Both AC output conductors are live; there is no neutral/earth provided. Do not use either AC output lead as a ground/earth connection. - Connect the inverter directly to your load. Do not place circuit breakers, residual-current devices (RCDs) or leakage protection devices between the inverter and the load — doing so will not provide protection and can damage the inverter. - The battery paired with the inverter can supply more energy than the instantaneous power drawn by the connected device. - DC wiring must be sized for high current. Do not extend the battery leads using thin wire. If you must lengthen the battery cable, increase the conductor diameter to roughly twice that of the original cable. Unauthorized or undersized extensions can cause insufficient input voltage/current and poor performance. It is recommended that any extension not exceed 1 meter. - The inverter’s capacity for pure inductive loads is 95% of its rated output.
