Important safety and installation notes: - This inverter must not be connected to the utility power grid. Do not tie the AC output into mains or contact the AC output conductors. - Both AC output conductors are live; there is no grounded neutral from the inverter. Do not use either output conductor as a ground. - Do not place an air switch, residual-current device (leakage protection), or similar protective device between the inverter and the load. Installing such devices in series with the inverter output will not provide protection and can damage the unit. Battery and wiring guidance: - The battery supplied with the inverter may be capable of delivering more energy than the connected equipment actually consumes. The DC output from the battery requires heavy-gauge wiring; avoid extending the battery cables with thin wire. - Use the original wiring from the battery outlet to the inverter whenever possible. Unauthorized cable extensions can cause insufficient input current/voltage. - If an extension is unavoidable, the extension cable’s diameter must be twice as thick as the original wiring. It is recommended that the battery-to-inverter cable length not exceed 1 meter. Performance note: - For purely inductive loads, the pure sine wave inverter has a capacity of 95%.
