Important safety and installation notes: This inverter must not be tied into the utility mains — do not connect it to the power grid and avoid touching the AC output terminals. Both AC output conductors are live; there is no earth/neutral provided, so do not use either output as a ground connection. Connect the inverter directly to your load; do not place an air switch (circuit breaker) or residual current (leakage) protection device between the inverter and the load, as doing so may prevent protection and can damage the unit. Battery and wiring guidance: A battery paired with this inverter can deliver more energy than the connected device actually consumes. Because the DC output from the battery requires heavy-gauge cabling, do not attempt to lengthen the battery leads using the same thin wires. Use the original cable from the battery to the inverter whenever possible. If an extension is unavoidable, the extension conductor must be at least twice the diameter of the original wiring. It is recommended that any battery cable extension not exceed 1 meter to avoid insufficient input current or voltage drop. Performance note: For pure inductive loads, this pure sine wave inverter provides 95% load capacity.
