Designed for CNC milling centers, this Rawiri BT40?ETP32?100 tension/compression tapping holder features a telescopic floating function that reduces the force on the tap during CCW motion, lengthening tap life by more than 85% and markedly improving cutting efficiency. The component receives finish carburizing heat treatment plus internal and external grinding to provide high thermal strength, oxygen resistance, superior wear resistance and extended service life. Threads and mating surfaces are quenched and hardened to raise durability and accuracy, while the collet clamp is made more compact for a tighter hold. The internal hole is ground after heat treatment, making the holder suitable for high?elaboration machine tool processing where longer life than ordinary tool holders is required. It offers better elasticity, lower wear and higher concentricity, helping protect against too-fast feed/retraction, tap breakage and pressure?controlled tensile deformation.
