Replacement RF358A / RF502A remote control compatible with Tempur-Pedic Ergo or Ergo Extend adjustable bed base. Designed to work with models listed below and provide full wireless control of your adjustable bed functions. Compatible Models: ZWP RF502A RF358A Replacement Remote work for Tempur-Pedic Ergo or Ergo Extend Adjustable bed base JDLK.33.01.18 RF358A, JLDK.33.01.36, RF502A Pairing instructions: (1) Power on the massage bed and locate the bed’s control box. Find the battery backup box and press its button twice — the indicator light on the backup box (sometimes on the power cord) will turn on. (2) Point the remote toward the control box, open the remote’s battery cover and press the pairing button on the remote. (3) Press and hold the pairing button for 30 seconds to finish pairing. If pairing does not succeed, disable the sub-lock and try the pairing sequence again. Child lock (unlock): To exit the child/sub-lock, press and hold the FOOT UP and FOOT DOWN buttons simultaneously for approximately 66 seconds. The remote’s backlight will flash twice; when the backlight goes out the remote is no longer in sub-lock mode. Construction and range: Made from durable ABS material with fine craftsmanship and an ergonomic, curved profile for a comfortable grip. Keys are responsive. The remote offers a control distance of over 28 feet and a working angle exceeding 120 degrees for flexible operation. Important notes: If some keys (for example volume keys) become unresponsive after extended use, try replacing the battery to retest functionality.
