Made from styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) for long-lasting durability and superior abrasion resistance. This sheet rubber is reinforced with a polyester fabric insert to prevent stretching, tears, and deformation. SBR makes a great protective barrier because it can absorb shock, limit vibration, and reduce noise. 70A durometer means that the material has a hard surface and very little pliability. This 3/16” rubber features 3-plies of fabric and is the second thickest of four available gauges that range from 1/16” to 1/4".
