Calls are initially handled by a customer service representative who collects key information and determines the urgency. After-hours calls are routed to an English-speaking answering service; following receipt of such a call, a Ruckus Technical Support Engineer will respond within 30 minutes. Self-service web resources: Ruckus web support offers comprehensive product manuals, technical guides and software updates. While some materials are available publicly, additional resources are restricted to customers on a support plan. Support plan holders may also receive proactive email alerts when new content is published. Software updates and documentation access: All documentation is available through the Ruckus support website. Customers enrolled in WatchDog Premium Support will receive software upgrades for the applicable hardware originally purchased for the duration of the contract.
