This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — the hard drive is NOT included. Because we stock a large number of PCBs, the exact board you receive may differ slightly from the photo. Designed for drive repair and data-recovery work, this PCB is intended as a replacement part for compatible Seagate models. Important: most PCBs contain unique settings stored in a ROM memory chip that are required for the drive to function correctly. The ROM chip itself, or its data, must be transferred to the replacement board. If moving the chip is feasible, a local computer technician can usually perform the transfer.
