This listing is for a replacement circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — no hard drive included. Compatible with Seagate ST2000DM001 (9YN164-300, CC49, 5009 E) 3.5" SATA drives. Because we maintain a large inventory, the exact PCB you receive may differ slightly from the photo. These PCBs are intended for use in hard drive repair and data recovery. Note: most hard drive PCBs contain unique information stored in the ROM (the drive’s "memory" chip). That ROM data is required for correct drive operation and must be transferred to the replacement board or the replacement board must be reprogrammed with the correct ROM contents. If moving the ROM chip is feasible, a local computer technician can usually perform the transfer.
