This listing is for the hard drive circuit board (PCB / logic board) only — the Seagate hard drive itself is NOT included. Due to a large inventory, the exact PCB you receive may vary slightly from the photo. Intended use: HDD repair and data recovery. Before purchasing, confirm that swapping the PCB will repair your drive by following our Hard Drive Diagnostics Guide and ensure part compatibility using the Donor Matching Guide. Many Seagate PCBs contain unique configuration data stored in a ROM memory chip; that ROM data is required for correct drive operation and must be transferred to the replacement board. If possible, a local computer technician can perform the ROM chip transplant.
