This listing is for a hard drive circuit board (PCB, logic board) ONLY. No hard drive is included. Due to the large number of PCBs we have in stock, the actual board you receive may vary slightly from the photo. Intended use: data recovery or HDD repair. Most of these circuit boards contain unique information stored in a ROM ("memory") chip; that data is required for correct hard drive operation. The ROM chip itself, or its stored data, must be transferred to the replacement board. If the ROM chip can be moved, a local computer technician should be able to transplant it.
