For DTG, this machine prints detailed, full-color artwork directly onto white cotton garments while preserving the fabric’s natural softness and breathability; prints are formulated to resist fading, peeling and cracking for long-lasting results. For DTF, it produces vibrant designs onto DTF film or hot foil stamping paper that can be heat-pressed onto T-shirts, hoodies, shoes, hats, pants and tote bags, offering brighter colors and no strict material limits. High-precision print engine: equipped with an ESPON L1805 6-color printhead (CMYK LC LM or CMYK+2W) delivering up to 1440*1440dpi resolution for sharp details and saturated colors. Fast photo-mode throughput: 178 seconds per photo. Ink and maintenance systems: includes a white ink circulation/mixing system to prevent sediment buildup and nozzle clogging, plus an infrared automatic height adjustment system and a self-cleaning printhead mechanism to reduce manual upkeep. Material handling: the printer features a vacuum suction platform to hold transfer films and substrates securely during printing, enabling reliable DTF heat transfers and clothes bronzing via a powder shaking process.
