This SKYSONIC bread proofer combines a temperature-controlled mat with an insulated thermal box to deliver steadier, more consistent fermentation than using a mat alone. The proofing mat is adjustable from 59° to 140°, accommodating the full range of dough proofing needs (ordinary bread fermentation is generally 95° to 100°). The thermal box uses an upgraded outer surface with a thicker lattice layer—unlike most non-woven insulated boxes—improving insulation, giving the incubator a three-dimensional structure and making it resistant to collapsing. To use, spread your dough across the proofer base and cover it, then set the desired temperature and proofing time; preheat the unit for 15 minutes before placing the dough inside. Tip: because the dough exchanges heat with its surroundings, set the controller about 2° higher than your target temperature to help the mat reach the desired level more effectively. Ideal for warming, heating, and dough rising.
