When mixed at a one-to-one ratio, it forms a dense, three-dimensional polymer matrix that hits full strength in about 15 minutes under 68-degree Fahrenheit ambient. Its low viscosity, around 3000 centipoise, lets it flow into gaps up to half an inch, self-leveling without voids thanks to thixotropic additives. Tensile strength clocks in at 7000 psi, with excellent adhesion on porous surfaces like wood or metal due to mechanical interlocking and polar bonding. It resists chemicals, UV, and thermal cycling from minus twenty to two hundred degrees, and sands to a 180-grit finish before fully curing in 24 hours.
