SMR-9700 Jet Black Basecoat

INSTRUCTIONS: Agitate thoroughly before use. Reseal after each use. Mix 1 part basecoat with . 5 to 1 parts urethane grade reducer. Add 5% basecoat activator to increase adhesion and durability.
