Compact and capable, the Sony Alpha a6400 (International Version) combines a 24.2MP APS-C Exmor CMOS sensor with the BIONZ X image processor to deliver high-resolution stills and responsive performance. The camera supports ISO 100-32000 (expandable to ISO 102400), 14-bit RAW output, and continuous shooting up to 11 fps with AF/AE (or up to 8 fps using the silent shutter). Autofocus is driven by a 4D FOCUS system with 425 phase-detection and 425 contrast-detection AF points, Real-Time Eye AF, Real-Time Tracking, and focusing acquisition in as little as 0.02 seconds. Viewing and composition are handled via the XGA Tru-Finder 2.36m-Dot OLED EVF and a 3.0" 921.6k-Dot 180° tilting touchscreen. Video creators can record internal UHD 4K footage using the full sensor width at frame rates up to 30 fps, with S-Log3 and HLG profiles available; recordings use 8-bit 4:2:0 color sampling with the 100Mbps XAVC S codec. Built-in Wi-Fi with NFC enables easy image transfer and remote control.
