A built-in capacitive microphone sensor delivers high sensitivity and accuracy; the mic is fitted with a windproof sponge to reduce wind interference and improve sound capture. The large backlit digital display makes readings easy to see in bright or dark conditions. Measurement functions include max and min value recording, Data Hold for freezing readings, automatic-shutdown and a low battery indicator.
