Two high-output in-ceiling speakers sold as a pair, the Sound Town STCS8N-PAIR combines an 8" woofer with a 1" coaxial compression driver in each enclosure. Power handling is specified at 80W RMS and 160W program when used at 8Ω. A multi-tap transformer and a baffle-mounted tap switch let you choose 70V, 100V or low-impedance 8Ω operation for flexible system integration. Designed for clean, unobtrusive installation, these speakers mount flush into ceilings and include white-painted magnetic grills for a seamless appearance. The transducer design delivers a 120° conical coverage pattern, providing even sound distribution for commercial and residential spaces such as restaurants, cafes, bars, lobbies, conference rooms, school auditoriums, retail stores, casinos and more.
