Accurate, low-distortion audio comes from a coaxial 8" low-frequency driver coupled with a 1" high-frequency compression driver engineered for tight phase alignment. Built for indoor and outdoor use, the compact polyethylene enclosure carries an IP55 rating and incorporates a hydrophobically treated aluminum grille, corrosion-resistant construction, a moisture-sealed crossover and waterproof connectors for dependable performance in challenging environments. A built-in 70V/100V transformer provides selectable power taps at 15W (70V only), 30W, 60W and 120W for distributed audio systems, plus a low-impedance bypass rated at 180W RMS (8Ω nominal). Surface-mount installation is simplified by the included corrosion-resistant U-shaped bracket; an optional wall-mount aluminum bracket (CWB-1A) is available separately. Finished in black, the TITAN-8B is well suited for commercial and outdoor locations such as bars, restaurants, patios and theme parks.
