Smart Controller for Split Pressurized Solar Hot Water Systems
Overview: Wall-mounted controller designed for split pressurized solar hot water installations. Front access control with 6 push buttons and temperature measurement accuracy of ± 0.1oC. Temperature measurement ranges: collector -10oC ~220oC; tank 0oC ~110oC. Pump support: allows connection of 3 pump units. Sensor and flow inputs: total 5 sensor inputs plus flow metering. Includes 1 pcs Pt1000 sensor (500oC) for the collector with silicon cable 280oC; 4 pcs NTC10K B3950 sensors (135oC) for tank sensing with PVC cable 105oC; and 1*FRT Rotary vane type electron flow meter. Outputs: four relay outputs for circulation pumps and backup heating plus one PWM variable-frequency output (switchable 0-10v).
