Deep penetrating 100% breathable water repellent for vertical and horizontal, interior and exterior, stone surfaces Does not alter surface appearance - leaves no surface film, no sheen, and will not yellow Covers up to 125 sq. ft. / gallon depending on surface porosity At least 2 flood coats are needed - additional coats may be needed depending on surface porosity or if applying with a roller Protection not affected by weathering or UV light Excellent mold and mildew inhibitor stops growth dead in its tracks Protects stone surfaces against wind driven rain Simple one day application - apply second coat when first coat is dry to the touch At 75°F Stone Sealer is dry to the touch and can accept light foot traffic at 1 hour and heavy foot traffic/tire traffic in 8 hours Fully cures (visually beads water) in as few as 5-7 days at 75°F Apply in cold weather down to 40°F (4.4°C) Easy clean-up with soap and water Protects surface for up to 5 years
