Concentrated formula makes 5 gallons of sealer with clean water Deep penetrating 100% breathable water repellent for vertical, interior and exterior, stucco surfaces Does not alter surface appearance - leaves no surface film, no sheen, and will not yellow Water-based formula is safe for people, pets, and plants Covers up to 100 sq. ft. / gallon depending on surface porosity At least 2 flood coats are needed - additional coats may be needed depending on surface porosity or if applying with a roller Protection not affected by weathering or UV light Protects stucco surfaces against wind driven rain Simple one day application - apply second coat when first coat is dry to the touch At 75°F Stucco Sealer is dry to the touch at 1 hour and can be painted over after 8 hours Fully cures (visually beads water) in as few as 5-7 days at 75°F Apply in cold weather down to 40°F (4.4°C) Easy clean-up with soap and water Protects surface for up to 5 years
