Supermicro AOC-S3008L-L8E+ Broadcom 3008 8-Port SAS3 12Gb/s & SATA3 6Gb/s Gen3 PCIe x8 HBA

Broadcom 3008-based 8-port internal SAS controller delivering 12Gb/s per port. This HBA supports 122 devices (HBA only) and includes power management features. It supports 3.0, 6.0 and 12Gb Gb/s SAS and SATA data transfer rates and port independent auto-negotiation, plus automatic negotiation of PCI-E (1.x, 2.x and 3.x) link widths. Protocol support includes SSP, SMP, STP and SATA, and the card offers zoning capability w/ SAS3 expanders. The board runs a 1.2 GHZ processor and AOC-S3008L-L8e+ enables IPMI interface through new I²C port. Connectivity is provided via 2 MiniSAS HD (SFF-8643) connectors.
