The Supermicro AOC-SAS2LP-H4IR is a 2108-based Broadcom 1078 PCI-E SAS controller providing hardware RAID for SAS and SATA drives. It features four internal ports and four external ports, each delivering 3Gb/s per port, and includes an on-board hardware I/O processor. Supports RAID levels 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50 and 60. Designed to work with SAS expanders in cascade mode and capable of addressing up to 240 physical devices.
