2U JBOD storage chassis optimized for Cloud Backup, Data Replication, or High-Density Archive Storage Applications. Supports 12 x 3.5 hot-swappable HDD bays for high-density storage needs. Power is provided by a 740W redundant, high-efficiency power supply with PMBus. Cooling is handled by 3 x 80mm high-efficiency, hot-swappable fans to maintain optimal system temperatures. Single expander backplane boards support SAS3/2 or SATA3 HDDs with 12Gb/s throughput. Includes 4 x Mini-SAS HD ports for internal/external cascading of expanders to achieve greater performance, availability, or redundancy. Management and remote control features include 1x IPMI port for remote system power on/off, wake-on-LAN, and system monitoring, plus NTP support for time synchronization and an RTC with battery backup.
