Preparation: Before applying the primer, ensure that the surface is clean, dry, and free from debris. Remove any dust, grease, or old paint to achieve the best adhesion. Application: Simply apply the Surface Bond Concrete Primer using a roller, brush, or sprayer. The primer is blue in color, allowing for easy visibility during application, but it will dry clear. Drying Time: Allow the primer to dry for approximately 45 to 90 minutes. This quick drying time means you won't have to wait long before applying the Surface Bond LT or HD products over it. Coverage: The primer covers approximately 200 to 300 square feet per gallon. Each 5-gallon unit will yield about 1,000 to 1,500 square feet. Please note that coverage may vary depending on the surface type, porosity, and the thickness of the application.
