‌The aluminum bow is robust but lightweight and asssembles or disasembles in seconds for easy storage or transport. The Hot Wire cutting bow is for cutting EPS, XPS Styrofoam and similar insulating materials. Featuring an Air-cooled power supply, EHWBOW36V is capable of continuous use. Using (2) 18V batteries, the unit provides maximum portability and convenience whether cutting foam panel shapes or shaving uneven foam on facades. The hot wire is easily changed without the need for tools. Maximum length cut: 53". Maximum depth cut: 13".
