These are passive speakers with wide dispersion that integrate easily into new or existing systems — simply drive them from your home audio receiver or amplifier. Audio performance: full-range 2-way design featuring 8" woven fiber bulletproof cone woofers with butyl rubber surrounds and pivoting silk dome tweeters. A 2nd order 12dB per octave crossover delivers a frequency response of 32Hz-20 kHz with 92dB sensitivity at 8ohm. Installation and construction: pressure lock mounting clamps secure tightly to drywall. Each speaker fits a round speaker hole size of 9.625" and requires a mounting depth of 3.5625", with an overall diameter of 11.0625". Connect via spring-loaded raw wire connections. Durable ABS housings and paintable grills let you match the finish to your decor.
