Package of 12 pairs (24 total) Theater Solutions TSQ670 flush-mount in-ceiling speakers designed for distributed audio systems. Each speaker includes a built-in 70 Volt transformer with five power taps (16, 8, 4, 2 and 1 watt) and a transformer bypass option for standard direct-drive use. The TSQ670 is a true full-range 2-way design featuring a 6.5" poly mica cone woofer with a butyl rubber surround and a pivoting silk dome tweeter; the 6dB per octave crossover delivers a frequency response of 50Hz-20 kHz and a sensitivity of 91dB at 8ohm. Installation is quick: the pressure-lock mounting clamps secure tightly to drywall, and the speakers fit an 8.4375" round cutout with a mounting depth of 2.875" and an overall diameter of 9.3125". Connections use spring-loaded raw wire terminals, and the units come in durable ABS housings with paintable grills to blend with your decor. System requirements: any 70 Volt, home audio receiver or amp with raw speaker wire outputs; amplifier power should be no less than 10 and no more than 200 watts per channel. Use CL3 rated in-wall certified raw speaker wire to run from your receiver to the speakers.
