Universal 24VDC Control Board for Automatic Double-Arm Swing Gate Openers — Dual-Motor Smart Control Panel, Easy to Install

Universal 24VDC control board designed for automatic double-arm swing gate openers, supporting 2 motor controls (electromechanical or hydraulic). The board lets you program different offset times for opening and closing, provides buffer stops on every move and includes obstacle detection. It also contains the control input indicator and is compatible with additional radio card receiver models. Automatic operation is initiated with START; the unit also accepts STOP, PED and SWITCH inputs and, when needed, radio button commands. An operation cycle will complete either by activation of the corresponding process end or due to working hours. Activating STOP immediately halts motion and requires a new start instruction to resume. If the safety contact is triggered during closing, the system reverses to opening. The contact that controls the garage light’s opening operation is energized 0.5 seconds before the opening begins and is switched off 3 minutes after activation. Engine power, as selected on the power regulator, is applied 2 seconds after the maneuver starts. The pause time (chosen in the work time plan) defines how long the motor remains in a pause state before the maneuver finishes.
