Built for full internal customization, the V6 lets you assemble and swap keycaps, switches, gaskets, plates, knob and even case foam to suit your preferences. Open-source firmware with QMK and VIA support gives you complete control to remap keys, create macros, store shortcuts, and configure backlight effects. The board ships with pre-lubed K Pro tactile brown switches rated for up to 50 million keystrokes and supports hot-swapping almost any 3pin or 5pin MX-style switch on the market (including Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.) without soldering. Large keys use PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizers for reduced wobble and smoother travel on space, shift, enter and delete. Designed with Mac users in mind but fully compatible with Windows and Linux, the V6 includes a system toggle and an extra set of customized keycaps for macOS and Windows layouts so you can save two different keyboard configurations. The keyboard features OSA-profile double-shot PBT keycaps for a comfortable, oil-resistant feel, plus south-facing RGB backlighting that improves illumination for typists and avoids interference when installing -profile alternative keycaps on the V6.
