Overview: Vegas Pro 12 is a professional video and audio production suite for Windows that supports SD, HD, 2K and 4K workflows in both 2D and stereoscopic 3D. The application offers a highly configurable workspace and tools suited for everything from quick edits to complex, multitrack productions. Editing and workflow: Edit footage using drag-and-drop or traditional 3-point and 4-point editing methods. Timeline nesting is supported so you can place Vegas Pro projects inside other timelines. Real-time audio effects such as EQ, Reverb, and Delay are included, and the application supports third-party DirectX and VST plug-ins to expand processing and mixing options. Project interchange and format support: Built-in project conversion lets you translate between the native .veg file and other formats: AAF (for Avid ProTools), XML for Apple Final Cut Pro 7, Final Cut Pro X (export only), DaVinci Resolve 8, and .prproj for Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 and After Effects CS6.
