This listing includes only the hard drive printed circuit board (PCB / logic board). No hard drive is supplied. Because we stock a large number of boards, the exact PCB you receive may look slightly different from the photo. This PCB is sold for hard drive repair and data recovery applications. Many hard drive PCBs contain unique drive-specific information stored in a ROM (memory) chip; that data is required for correct drive operation. You must transfer the ROM chip or its data to the replacement circuit board. If the ROM chip can be moved, a local computer technician can typically perform the transplant.
