Note: Before purchasing, please check the pictures on our website to confirm your vehicle uses the Sync2 System; otherwise this unit will not fit your car. What this unit is: This product is a decoder box to add wireless CarPlay/Android Auto functionality — it is not a replacement touchscreen. Installation requires removing the dash and connecting the decoder to the original CD host device using the supplied wiring harness. After installation your factory system remains intact while gaining additional capabilities. Features: Supports wireless and wired CarPlay, wireless and wired Android Auto, MirrorLink, YouTube playback, TV news, photo viewing and navigation. Voice control is supported via Siri and Google OK voice control so you can keep your hands on the wheel while driving. Steering wheel & controls: The decoder supports the steering-wheel voice control button and the Tel (telephone) button; other steering-wheel buttons are not supported. Camera support: Compatible with the factory original reverse camera and parking radar. Also supports aftermarket reverse cameras and 360° camera systems, plus front-view camera DVRs (CVBS input). Installation notes & support: You will need to remove the dashboard to access and connect the wiring. Most issues stem from incorrect cable connections or settings; we can provide assistance to resolve these. Please verify that all functions work correctly before reassembling the dashboard.
