Wirenco 6 AWG 80' Gray PVC Electrical Wire - 3-Conductor

Heavy-duty Wirenco 6 AWG electrical cable, 80 feet long, designed for underground feeder and branch-circuit use. This gray PVC-jacketed wire is rated 600 volts and its conductors are temperature-rated to 90ºC for both dry and wet locations. Per NEC 2008 and NEC 2011 the ampacity is limited to 60ºC; allowable ampacity is 55 Amps. Applications: Suitable for direct burial and for installations exposed to sunlight. Common uses include outdoor lighting, pumps, outbuildings and similar equipment. Construction and compliance: Insulation is Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) with a nylon covering; the PVC insulation thickness is 0.035 inches and the nylon layer is 0.005 inches.
