Constructed from 1055 Hot Forged Steel sourced by the World Axe Throwing League, this design reflects generations of testing and represents the 4th axe generation. Designed in the USA, the head is perfectly balanced at 1.7lb to assure consistent rotation on every throw. Overall weight ranges from 1.9-2.5lbs, with an average total axe weight of 2.25lbs, making it comfortable for extended throwing sessions. The straight 17-inch handle is made at maximum length so throwers can trim or adapt it to their height and throwing style; straight handles also promote an easier release and improved consistency. A complimentary sheath is included to help maintain the blade.
