The Ws-6980 is an HD satellite meter with full compatibility for DVB-S/S2, DVB-T/T2 and DVB-C signals. It is compliant with MPEG-2/MPEG-4 formats and uses MPEG-2/MPEG-4 H.264 hardware decoding to deliver smooth HD performance. Optical power detection is built in for accurate signal level measurements. Scanning modes include Auto and Manual, plus NIT scanning for DVB-S/S2. Blind scan is supported for DVB-S/S2/C, and the unit also offers a constellation analyzer for detailed signal diagnostics.
