XBO 360 Power Control Module — Industrial Computer Power Management
The XBO 360 Power Control Module delivers dependable power regulation for industrial and computer-connected systems, offering durable construction, efficient conductivity and steady, consistent power delivery to attached devices. For proper charging the input supply voltage must be at least 1Voltage higher than the battery's charging cut-off voltages; otherwise the module will not charge the battery. For example, a 12V acided battery has a charging cut-off voltage of 13.8V, so the input must be 14.8V or higher — common acceptable supplies include 16V, 19V and 24V. To set the charging voltage, do not connect the battery first. Use a multimeter to monitor the voltage at the module’s battery terminals and adjust the on-board potentiometer until the output matches the battery’s requirements. Turn the potentiometer clockwise to reduce charging voltage, and counterclockwise to increase it.
