Records in 24-bit integer or 32-bit float resolution at up to 96kHz and supports HE-AAC, AAC-LC, WAVF32, and WAV24 PCM files in either mono or stereo. With a maximum 130dB SPL, it preserves wide dynamic range for demanding field environments. Record directly to microSD, microSDHC, or microSDXC cards (up to 128 GB) for simple, plug-and-play file management. A dual-function USB-C port provides both data and power so the unit can run continuously as a field recorder or act as an audio interface. I/O includes a Stereo 1/8-in. mic/line input and a line-level output for flexible connectivity. Safety features such as auto- and pre-recording add reliability for unpredictable takes, while an onboard limiter, noise gate, and lo-cut filter help prevent clipping and control unwanted noise. The ergonomic chassis, clear display, and intuitive controls make skipping to playback positions, changing playback speed, and navigating sessions straightforward.
